Founder, Director

Ritwika Chaudhuri

Ritwika started sketching, drawing and painting at the age of 5 on floors, walls as happens with so many other children.

She did not have the opportunity to be exposed to the world of art being grown up in a small remote town of Eastern India but dreamt of becoming an artist someday…

Fate had different plans… With her M.Phil. degree in International Trade and Development from Jawaharlal Nehru University, she started her professional life as an Economic Researcher, turned into a Financial Journalist, tried hands on Market Research and moved from one country to another - India, Cyprus, UAE.

Somewhere after years opportunity to be associated with her childhood hobby and lifelong passion art came in a different form. The seed of entrepreneurship was sown probably while doing her EMBA with SP Jain Dubai. Thus the dream became reality with Palette Art Training and Consultancy with a slight twist, not to become a full-scale artist by herself but to build an institute to foster arts and design, to help groom others to become artists.

And here she is trying to pursue her dream with all her heart as once told by Vincent Van Gogh centuries back, “I am seeking, I am striving, I am in it with all my heart.”

Ana says, “I love teaching and trust that everyone can learn drawing and painting in spite of the educational background, age or cultural environment. The Important thing is to begin, then study and keep practicing.

Lita Mathews

A trainer by profession, biologist by academics and an artist by choice. Originally from India with her childhood spent in Bahrain.

As a girl, broken or discarded objects always caught her attention, only to later find them for a purpose or to be made beautiful with her crafty hands.

An enthusiastic self-learner, her love for jewellery, sculpting and painting brought her to push creative boundaries and create art in mixed media.

She also makes wearable art inspired by Nature, Tribal crafts, Yemeni Jewellery and Indian Terracotta with ethnic and contemporary designs handcrafted in clay. Most of her creations reflect her interests in antiques, architecture, fashion and diverse cultures.

Photography is one of her dearest passions on which she perfects every now and then by taking pictures of her own work and her surroundings. Being a jury for drawing competitions held with Emirates Environmental Group, she sends across her message on the importance for going green.
