The Palette Art’s journey started with the aim of bringing a childhood hobby and lifelong passion into reality.
Our Story
Ritwika grew up in a small town in India sketching, drawing and painting at the age of 5, on floors and aspired to be an artist.
Fate had different plans… With a M.Phil. degree in International Trade and Development from Jawaharlal Nehru University, she started her professional life as an economic researcher and pursued a career as a financial journalist. She has also worked in market research and lived in different countries - India, Cyprus, UAE, continuing her love for art.
The opportunity to be associated with her lifelong passion emerged while completing her EMBA with SP Jain Dubai. The urge to become an entrepreneur, led her to set up The Palette Art Training and Consultancy with a vision to build an institute to foster arts and design and to help groom others to become artists.
She is pursuing her dream with all her heart as once told by Vincent Van Gogh centuries back, “I am seeking, I am striving, I am in it with all my heart.”

Our art school has been continuously growing since its inception in 2016!
Created the interschool art competition which took place in 2016, 2017 and 2018.
Participated in World Art Dubai (2017,2018, 2020), Sikka Art Fair (2017, 2018, 2019) and hosted numerous exhibitions such as the Fashion Illustration Exhibition 2018 and the Palette Share and Care Exhibition 2017.

Abhik Gupta
Advisor
Abhik is a management consultant with over 28 years of corporate experience in general management, marketing, information and analytics and has been a business leader and board member across several corporates. He is a passionate academic and mentors startups in analytics, AI and arts in his spare time. He is a resident of the UAE, and has been working across the Middle East/Africa region for the past 19 years. Abhik advises the Palette team on strategy, governance and business planning.
